Where most addiction programs end, Amrit Method Recovery Programs take you a step beyond: from the 12-Steps to Self-Discovery. Grounded in the time-tested spiritual teachings of the 12 Steps, our recovery programs are empowered with the transformative practices of Amrit Yoga and Ayurveda. Our unique programs use a combination of diet, detoxification, yoga and breathing exercises, synthesizing the best practices of East and West to establish and strengthen long-term recovery. We integrate latest scientific research on the neuro-biology of addiction with ancient time-tested yogic techniques to empower you to a new level of recovery. Additionally, Yogi Amrit Desai (Gurudev) teaches during programs when he is in residence.
Here at the Amrit Yoga Institute, we offer Recovery Programs in weekend, 3-day, and week-long formats.
No prior yoga experience is needed to participate in any of our programs.
We invite you to take advantage of their powerful healing effects...
