Grounded in the time-tested spiritual teachings of the 12 Steps, our recovery programs are empowered with the transformative practices of Amrit Yoga and Ayurveda. Our unique programs use a combination of diet, detoxification, yoga and breathing exercises, synthesizing the best practices of East and West to establish and strengthen long-term recovery. We integrate latest scientific research on the neuro-biology of addiction with ancient time-tested yogic techniques to empower you to a new level of recovery. Additionally, Yogi Amrit Desai (Gurudev) teaches during programs when he is in residence.

Tommy is one of the pioneers in burgeoning the field of Yoga and Recovery. Yoga teacher and an expert on breaking addictions who has spent the last two decades immersed in yoga, recovery, and wellness. With 24 years of continuous recovery from acute drug addiction he assists others to holistically transcend addictions of all kinds.
