Sadhana of Prana with Chandrakant

The Sadhana of Prana Intensive is a three day format structured to reveal through understanding and direct experience how to live your life as a Meditation in Motion.

For yoga to change your life it must change the way you think, feel and perceive your-Self. In short, the change in your life that yoga brings about is knowing the answer to the question,

“Who am I really”?

This gathering will reveal an inner attunement of impersonal awareness and the innate intelligence of impersonal prana. The purpose of this energetic sangha is to make steady this inner attunement to:

 “Who I am really”.

This steadiness is the means to bring into alignment how “you” think, feel and perceive your-Self, transforming the ever-changing experiences of life into a meditation in motion.

The training will be “blended” with online lectures and in-class guided experiences and investigations. The Youtube video links should be accessed and viewed prior to the first session. Having the understanding and experience demonstrated in these videos is important to your experiential process during this program
