Private classes and six week series classes in: "Radiance and Health through Amrit Yoga" and "Yoga Nidra, The Posture of Consciousness" in the Amrit Yoga Method
Most classes are held in a private studio in a small intimate setting in North Haven, Connecticut

Monday
12:00 till 1:00 PM at SOM Yale University
6:30 till 8:00 PM in private studio

Tuesday
8:00 till 9:30 AM at Neighborhood Music School (see catalogue)
4:30 till 6:30 PM in private studio

Wednesday:
8:00 till 9:30 AM in private studio
6:30 till 8:00 PM in private studio

Thursday:
8:00 till 9:30 AM in private studio

Classes are open to all levels
Fees are: $78.00 per 6 weeks (of one and a half hours per class) series
$15.00 for drop in class
$ 75.00 per private Yoga Nidra session of two hours.
