You can now register online for seminars and classes at the Amrit Yoga Institute. Payments are processed via PayPal. Funds will be charged to your credit card at time of registration. You may register for as many seminars as you wish. You may also register by calling 352-685-3001.

Each seminar may be paid in full at the time of registration;some may require a deposit and a submitted application. Some seminars have an online early-registration discount. Early registration must be paid in full.

Note: If you pay a deposit you must include your phone number when you check out or your deposit may not be honored.

All Amrit Yoga Institute seminars include:

• Dialogue—opportunities for personal sharing and question-and-answer.
• Pranayama—breathing techniques for inducing deep relaxation and gathering vital life force.
• Guided Meditation—deepening your connection with the inner source.
• Mantra Chanting—sacred sounds of power for opening the heart center.
• Amrit Method® of Yoga classes—led by experienced yoga teachers
  and/or Guided sessions of the Amrit Method® of Yoga Nidra
