Prana Awakening is what you have been preparing for through the practice of Amrit Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
For sincere seekers who wish to accelerate the depth of their sadhana, this is the program recommended by Gurudev.
It is specifically geared toward the awakening of prana through energetic transmission from guru to disciple, bringing you into resonance with the presence of our masters.
