“My Amrit Yoga Teacher Training experience has prompted a change in my practice and my relationship to yoga. What surprised me most was that Amrit Level I began a progressive and in-depth exploration of the true meaning and direction that yoga could offer. The tools and techniques taught in Amrit Yoga made available new ways in which I could apply yoga to my everyday life. Beyond this teacher training experience, I now see yoga as a practical path of self-inquiry. I feel more complete and in tune with myself, the present, and whatever seems to come my way. I am now not only practicing, but teaching yoga and eagerly looking forward to further growth and training.” - Irv Mercer, RYT
